Shipping and Returns


All orders over $100 (pre-tax) ship free using UPS or USPS ground shipping. Typical delivery time is 4-8 days. Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you after your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information but believe your order should have already shipped, please check your Junk Mail email folder to see if our email to you is there. Packages are delivered without a signature required to provide greater customer convenience. Customers are responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery, please email Customer Service at and we can add the requirement for $5.00 if the order has not already been processed. Please include your order number in the email.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

- Returns are allowed up to 30 days after purchase for unused items in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Free returns on shoes, clothing, and accessories for Continental U.S. customers only.
- If not eligible for free returns, US customers can purchase a prepaid shipping label for $9.00. This charge will be deducted from your return.
- Refunds are issued on the product's purchase price only. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the error was on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Clearance sale items (prices in red) cannot be returned.
- Custom Built Skateboards/Longboards and any custom products, including custom grip tape, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged and are reported within 72 hours of receipt.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.

Returns Process:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please initiate the return through your original order confirmation email or contact us at with your order number for quicker processing.

Exceptions & Detailed Policies:

- Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Extended Holiday Return Window: Orders placed between December 1st and December 25th can be returned until January 31st.
- Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at and send your item to: 227 G Street Davis California US 95616 for the same item.
- Shipping for Returns/Exchanges: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label if the order is within our 30-day return window. For returns over 30 days, please contact customer service. Pack up the product and drop it off at your nearest UPS or USPS.


- Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If the item was a gift marked as such when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
