Welcome to the Vault Board Shop Vendor Program! We're excited to offer you an opportunity to showcase and sell your products with us. Here’s everything you need to know about becoming a vendor:

Overview
As a vendor with Vault Board Shop, you’ll have a platform to display up to 80 items, along with the tools and support to reach a wider audience. Our program is designed to be flexible and transparent, ensuring you have real-time insights into your sales and easy access to earnings.

Key Details

Monthly Rent: Option 1 has no rent obligation. Option 2 is $250 per month, which covers space for a maximum of 80 items. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Commission: Option 1 Vault Board Shop retains a 30% commission on all sales made on your behalf. Option 2 Vault Board Shop retains a 20% commission on all sales made on your behalf.

Initial Payment: To get started, vendors pay the first months rent upfront. This means $250 is due upon signing up.

Late Fees and Forfeiture:
- Payments made more than 3 days late will incur a $10 late fee.
- If rent remains unpaid for 14 days, Vault Board Shop may forfeit or sell any items to cover the outstanding balance.

Payouts: We process vendor payouts on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made through Venmo, Zelle, or Bank Transfer based on your preference.

Restocking: You’re welcome to restock your items any time during our regular business hours, with prior authorization from our manager or owner.

Inventory and Unclaimed Items

- Maximum Inventory: Vendors may list up to 80 items each month.
- Unclaimed Items: If Vault Board Shop doesn’t hear from you regarding pickup of any remaining items, they will be considered unclaimed after 30 days. Unclaimed items may be forfeited and either disposed of or sold at Vault Board Shop’s discretion.

Real-Time Commission Tracking
To keep you informed, we provide access to a vendor portal where you can track your sales and commissions in real time.

Termination
Our program operates on a month-to-month basis. Either party can end the partnership with a 30-day written notice. In case of termination, any outstanding rent is due immediately.
